On the 25/05/26, after sightseeing Lugu Lake, we walk back to catch the bus, our team members Annie Tay suddenly feel weak n lethargic,Ethan rushing in comfort her to relax, he direct the bus to the nearest spot for her convenience, after we reached to our next destination, they did call grab car to visit a GP at China. Ethan did told us he hv to ensure her safety to be top priority as tml we will be processing to above sea level 4000 ft. Doctor did diagnose due to low sugar level, after doctor cfm her health in perfect condition, he accompanied her to the hotel. We highly praised her professionalism n hospitality in taking care of the ppl under his care. All along the journey, he keep on reminding us take precautions, any health issue do bring up to his attention, We feel proud to hv such a tour leader with us. ★★★★★“We joined the 11 Days Super tour package to Jiazaigou, Chengdu China from 9 April 2026 to 19 April 2026. Overall experience is great although be prepared for some hiking and climbing on the first few days and going up Emei Shan. The weather around this time is great for such activities, not too cold but enough to keep one comfortable. Our group of 17 had a wonderful local guide who goes by the name of Sunshine. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. He kept the schedule, kept us informed at all times of the activities and at one point spoke for 2 hours straight when we were traveling up the mountain in order to keep us awake as we were at an high altitude. We would recommend this tour package especially if you have Sunshine as your China local guide. One area for the Singapore Super agency to consider is not to charge the participants additional fuel surcharge after we have made our initial deposit and full payment. The price that we signed up for should have been fixed.”
